You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artinals and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
